Second week update!

The second week is often tough and it sometimes doesn't yield as big of results on the scale. Remember, every pound counts and you are building a disciplined habit of exercise and careful eating.

Sunday the prizes are gift cards to Dick's Sporting Goods!

One other question that has come up-how to deal with people that miss one (or conceivably more than one weigh-in in a row). Let's say person x missed last weeks weigh-in. This week, their loss will be divided by two, and half applied to each week. Otherwise, it would not be fair-someone who missed two weeks would likely lose more than the person who only had one week to lose. If anyone has questions, let's talk at the weigh in on Sunday.
